What's new

Your brand book

Your brand kit now becomes a brand book: pages for colour, type, logo use and voice, in your own brand, with templates such as signs and email. Share it with anyone by link, and ask the brand assistant questions that link straight to the right page.

Your queue, your order

Draft dates now follow your queue: reorder it and the dates move with a note saying why. When a queued request gets a slot you're told it has started, and owners and admins can use Make room to put changes ahead of new work.

A fresher phone layout

Grafkit on your phone has a clearer tab bar, bigger tap targets and the same review tools as on a computer. Add it to your home screen from Install the app.

Proofing, rebuilt

Reviews are rebuilt: pin notes exactly where you mean, talk it through in the proof's conversation, compare versions side by side, review video frame by frame and live websites as screens, invite guests, and sign off with a few small fixes in one step. Every proof is still checked by a second senior designer before you see it.

Compare plans and quarterly billing

See every plan side by side on Compare plans, switch plan in a few taps, and choose to pay monthly or quarterly.

A new Request a design

Choose the kind of work first, then a guided brief that asks the right questions as you type, with a Help me write it button. Unfinished requests are saved as drafts for 30 days.

Ask Grafkit

A guide on the Help page answers questions about your requests, plan and brand from your own account, and passes you to a person in one tap.
