Reviewing proofs and signing off

Pin notes on a proof, ask for changes, and sign off to release the final files.

When a proof is ready it shows in Reviews and in your updates. Every proof is checked by a second senior designer before you see it.

Giving feedback

• Pin a note on the exact spot you mean. Notes stay with that version.
• Compare versions side by side to see what changed.
• Ask for changes when you've added your notes. We revise until it's right; mistakes we made never count as a round.

Signing off

Only an approver on your team can sign off, and we never sign off for you. Signing off releases the final and source files, which you can download any time from Files.

For 10 working days after the files are ready you can ask for a change to the same request. After that, start a follow-up. If a proof waits four weeks without a reply, we close it without sign-off; nothing is lost.
