Plans, billing, pausing and cancelling
Compare plans, change plan, pay monthly or quarterly, pause or cancel.
Owners manage the plan from Plan and billing. Changes are confirmed with a code we email to you.
- Compare plans side by side on Compare plans: what each covers and how many requests are in design at once.
- Change plan. Upgrades can start today; smaller plans start on your next billing date.
- Monthly or quarterly. You can choose how often you're billed.
- Pause for 1 to 3 months from the end of your paid month. While paused you can still sign off what we'd sent.
- Cancel at the end of your paid month. Work in design gets one more version within 5 working days. Your account stays open: your brand kit, files and history stay here to view and download.
- Restart a plan any time from Restart.
If a payment fails, the app shows what to do. Questions about money owed go to Help, where a person replies.
