Team, roles and approvers
Invite people, choose who can sign off, and add guests.
Invite people from Team. Your workspace has one brand and five named logins; please add people rather than share a login.
- Owner looks after the plan and billing, and can always sign off.
- Admins manage the team and the queue order, and can use Make room. An owner can give an admin access to billing.
- Members send requests, leave notes and ask for changes.
- Viewers can see the work and download files, without sending requests.
Sign-off is a separate switch per person: anyone with it can sign off proofs, which releases the files.
Owners, admins and members who can sign off can invite a guest to review a proof without joining the team.
