Grafkit is a design subscription. This notice explains what we do with the information you send us. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email address and what you tell us about your work, when you email us, send a brief or book a call.
- When you book a call by email, we keep the email and the call details.
- If you become a client: the files, briefs and feedback you share, and the details we need to invoice you.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking. We never sell your information or use it for advertising. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them and Google sees your IP address.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, run the call, and, if you go ahead, deliver the work and bill for it. Under the GDPR, that rests on taking steps at your request before a contract, then on the contract itself, and on keeping the records the law requires.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the business: email, file storage, the booking tool and accounting software. Each handles it for us, under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere: up to 12 months, then deleted. Client records: as long as tax and company law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@grafkit.ie and we reply within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, tell us first. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
